What This Site Does

This website provides general information about tile, flat and metal roofs in Boca Raton and nearby cities, and it connects homeowners with independent licensed roofing contractors. Boca Tile Roof Repair connects you with independent licensed roofing contractors who perform the work.

Boca Tile Roof Repair is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. Every roofer we send is licensed and insured in Florida. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Boca Tile Roof Repair, and "contractor" means the independent roofer who takes your job.

Estimates, Scheduling and Prices

Inspections, estimates, scheduling and prices come from the contractor, not from us. Any agreement for roofing work is between you and the contractor. Read the contractor's written estimate and contract carefully, and ask them any questions before you sign.

We do not quote prices, and nothing on this site is an offer to perform work at a set price.

The Contractor's Responsibilities

The contractor is responsible for:

• the roofing work itself and its quality
• permits, inspections and building code compliance
• HOA submissions they agree to prepare
• any warranty on labor or materials
• holding and maintaining its own Florida license and insurance

You can ask the contractor for their Florida license number and verify it with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) at myfloridalicense.com. Questions or concerns about the work should go to the contractor first.

No Guarantee of Availability, Timing or Outcome

We answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not guarantee that a contractor will be available on a particular day, arrive within a particular time or accept a particular job. We also do not guarantee the result of any inspection, repair or replacement, the decision of an HOA or building department, or the price a contractor quotes.
